How to use the facilities

On arrival, you will be met by our representative who will issue you with a key to the cottage and a fob to operate the electric gates. Our rep will answer any questions you may have and make sure you get settled in. Our rep can also recommend the best courses in area depending on your preferences. He/she will be your point of contact during your stay with us and will give you business cards with contact details.

1. Electric gates : The electric gates are operated by a fob or by pushing in a security code on the keypad.

2. Alarm system : The intruder alarm system is usually left unset when the cottage is occupied so you can come and go without having to remember codes etc. This can be activated if required.

3. Outside lights : The ourside lights are usually left on at all times as the cottage is set well back from the road and there are no street lamps for a couple of hundred yards either side of the driveway.

As you enter the cottage, bedrooms are ahead and to the left and living areas are to the right. There is a hair-dryer in one of the bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and the fourth bedroom is right next to the main bathroom. All bedrooms have twin single beds.

The main living area consists of the kitchen, lounge & dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker (hob) and oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dish-washer, fridge & freezer. There are also the usual kettle, toaster, iron / ironing board, etc.

Operating instructions for the various machines and appliances are contained in a folder in the kitchen but should you have any problems, just call our rep.
